Refund Policy

We completely understand that occasionally you may misunderstand what a product actually is, or does, and in most cases getting a refund from online retailers, or wholesalers can be very frustrating. You will not have to concern yourself with this at bfzs.net.

All sales are final once you have downloaded the products (i.e. business software) ordered. We will however work with you to help resolve any technical difficulties you may experience regarding download of your order. This is limited to issues related to downloading and unarchiving (decompressing or "unZIPing") the downloaded materials.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will at our discretion offer an equivalent replacement product to your order, of equal value.

This is subject to your rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

For our loyal customers we offer a range of discounted prices on our products based on number and amount of purchases.
The discounts range from 1% to 25% and vary based on the number of products ordered.
Discounts are calculated at the time of ordering and are shown on your invoice.
