Products (i.e. ebooks) are delivered as downloadable digital files from our website. Many are compressed as ZIP files. You will need a ZIP decompression program to access them. You should already have this installed on your computer but if you don't, you can get a FREE utility from sites such as http://www.winzip.com/ or http://www.rarlab.com/

Some files are delivered in PDF file format. To display PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available FREE from http://www.adobe.com/

Other files are delivered as text or HTML files which can be loaded into and read by any leading web browser such as FireFox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
For our loyal customers we offer a range of discounted prices on our products based on number and amount of purchases.
The discounts range from 1% to 25% and vary based on the number of products ordered.
Discounts are calculated at the time of ordering and are shown on your invoice.
